Vote sometimes applies to wrong answer

Say there's a question with two answers, one of which has one vote (not from me):
- Answer A (1 Vote)
- Answer B (0 Votes)
If I vote for the answer B (bringing both to 1 vote), the page does a partial postback, and answer B is now listed first. If I then vote for answer A (now in the second position), what actually happens is I remove my vote for answer B.
